Mallorca has been quietly growing as a digital nomad destination, and with that, a handful of coliving options have started popping up. Some colivings in Mallorca are closer to Palma city, some lean more into the coworking-first setup, some cater to larger groups. They all have their thing, and depending on what you’re after, different places will suit different people.
My Pick for Rural Vibes: Nomadico in Búger.
There are very few colivings in Mallorca that truly offer an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle. In my opinion, this is something that may slowly disappear. As Mallorca becomes more popular, many spaces will adapt to a broader audience. That often means more polished experiences, but less soul. This is exactly why Nomadico in Búger stands out. It is the kind of immersive experience that is becoming harder to find. If you are looking for something truly special, this is one of the few colivings in Mallorca where you can still find it.
Búger is a tiny village in the north of the island. It is the kind of place where there’s a bakery world-famous for its ensaïmada and not much else going on, which is honestly the whole point to be able to BREATHE IN PEACE. From Búger you’re about 20 minutes from Alcúdia and the beach, just under 30 from Palma. The natural reserve Fonts Ufanes and the Puig de Santa Magdalena mountain are right there. I swear you can start hikes directly from the house. For water stuff, Alcúdia has kitesurfing and Port de Pollença has kayaking (you can spot dolphins and whales in wintertime on the north coast!). You’ll want a car or scooter to really explore freely, but once you have that sorted, the whole island opens up on weekends.
The Nomadico home there is run in partnership with Esteve and Ana, a local couple who own the property and the surrounding farmland. There’s a veggie garden, animals, essential oils being made in the background. It’s not a hotel dressed up as a coliving. It’s an old Mallorcan village house with 4 private rooms and some shared options, which leads to the best trait of this coliving: the community truly feels tight.
There’s a community manager living on-site who organises hikes, dinners and day trips but it never feels forced. The vibe Nomadico describes is “grounded, familiar, nature,” and from everything I’ve seen and heard, that holds up. Evenings tend to turn into long dinners, someone usually pulls out a guitar at some point, and the kind of conversations you actually remember tend to happen here. It attracts people who are done with the hustle aesthetic and want to actually enjoy where they are while still getting their work done.
The work setup is solid. Right next door there’s a separate building used exclusively as a coworking for guests. Fiber optic wifi, proper tables, comfortable chairs, AC for the warmer months. Every room also has a desk for calls or focus work, and the wifi covers the garden too which if you’ve ever tried working outside in good weather, you know is a non-negotiable.

My Pick for City Vibes: Palma Coliving & Suiters Coliving.
Among the best colivings in Mallorca ,Palma Coliving stands out for its two different locations with distinct vibes. One is in Son Armadans, a trendy neighborhood where more and more people are looking to invest in real estate. It used to be home to Palma’s bourgeoisie, and it still feels safe, residential, and slightly more refined. You are close to the city center, but without the noise and constant movement. The second location is in Gomila, which has a more alternative and creative atmosphere. It is a bit further from the center, but still easy to reach by bike or public transport. If you are looking for something with more character and a less polished feel, this one might suit you better.
Suiters Coliving is an upcoming addition to the colivings in Mallorca scene. Suiters Coliving is still under construction and aims for digital nomads and entrepreneurs who are doing well financially and want a more premium experience. And honestly, do not let the laid-back, slightly hippie vibe of the island fool you. Mallorca attracts SERIOUS money. Suiters Coliving is likely to become the go-to option for those who want a relaxed lifestyle while building high-level connections and meaningful relationships.
My Pick for Beach Vibes: Bedndesk Coliving
Among the most laid-back colivings in Mallorca, Bedndesk Coliving is a great option if your priority is being close to the beach. Located in s’Arenal, near Palma, it is ideal for those who want to start the day by the sea, cycle into downtown when they feel like it, and enjoy the nightlife in the area. That said, this part of the island is more touristic and budget-oriented, with a lively party scene. It may not be the most polished area, but if you are looking for sun, social energy, and easy beach access, it can be a fun and practical choice.
